Episode 1 of a 12 part series of TV5’s French Canadian documentary series about port cities covers Bangkok. Philip Cornwel-Smith is interviewed about transportation, as he is filmed in 2010 taking six kinds of transit as the quickest route across town. The original production was in French and titled ‘Ports d’attache: Bangkok’, with speakers in English, including Philip Cornwel-Smith, subtitled in French. Later released in English under the title ‘Waterfront Cities of the World: Bangkok’, the documentary aired for years on Discovery Channel.
